Q: How long does it take to ship?

A: Most products on our site are made the day you order to ensure you get the freshet candy possible. Because of this it usually takes 1-4 Business days to ship unless rush delivery. Some products have different lead times posted.

A: Yes, we take the utmost care in ensuring our customers the safety of all their personal information which is why we take many steps to ensure that the site is 100% safe. We do not store any credit card information longer then absolutely necessary nor do we sell, rent, borrow any information.

Q: Do you do custom work on orders?

A: Yes, Our company manufactures most the products so we have the capability of doing almost anything custom imaginable. If you have an idea or the option isn’t their on a product just ask and we can most likely suit your needs.

Q: Does your products melt in shipping like chocolate?

A: No, we have been in business for over 36 years and have mastered the art of shipping. Since hard candy melts at higher temperatures then chocolate there is virtually no melting even on cross country transport.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Yes, However there are some terms. The candy must be unopened and returned at your expense within two weeks. All are candy is backed with the manufactures 100% guarantee.

Q: Does your products contain peanuts?

A: None of our products contain peanuts unless noted, however they are manufactured in a plant where peanuts are used in some manufacturing processes. We do not recommend using the product if you do have an allergy.

Q: What is barely?

A: Barely candy is considered the purest form of crystal clear hard candy. Way back when – one hundred years or more – barely sugar candy was actually made from hulled barley and water.

A: Yes, we do sell wholesale. In order to place a wholesale order you must have articles of incorporation. Also we do have established minimums quantities.
